UNIPV at the EC2U Week in Salamanca: Sustainable Development, Multiculturalism and Psychophysical Well Being

From the 25 to the 29 of September at the University of Salamanca, partner of the EC2U Alliance, the European Campus of City-Universities, several events related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (SDG No. 11, No. 3) will be organized, with the active involvement of the University of Pavia.

Sustainable development,  the delicate relationship between resident communities and urban space seen from a multidisciplinary perspective, physical and psychological well-being, multiculturalism, and languages in Europe will be the key topics of this week full of activities where citizens from different project partner universities will meet to discuss them together.
 
It will also be an opportunity to present the first book published by EC2U, "Cities and Communities across Europe: Governance Design for a Sustainable Future" to which Prof. Roberto De Lotto from the University of Pavia, contributed to the writing. The Blended Intensive Program (BIP) "Boost Your International Career in a Multicultural Environment", will also be held during the week, in which Professors Elisabetta Jezek, Elisabeta Módena and Laura Fusar Poli from the University of Pavia will also speak.

In addition to the teaching staff, a delegation composed of students will be present in Salamanca, including two Ph.D students from the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Marilisa Moretti e Nastaran Esmaeilpour Zanjani. UniPv’s participation in this week demonstrates our university's commitment to internationalization and interes in the EC2U.
