Call for applications: candidati per il primo EC2U GLADE Joint Doctoral Workshop sulle sfide della salute globale e della sostenibilità
(English below) L'Alleanza Universitaria Europea EC2U - European Campus of City-Universities è lieta di annunciare il primo EC2U GLADE Joint Doctoral Workshop, che si terrà dal 26 al 28 maggio 2025 presso l'Università di Pavia.
Organizzato nell’ambito delle attività del GLADE - Virtual Institute for Good health & Well being, il workshop sarà focalizzato sull'approccio "One Health" per affrontare le sfide globali legate alla salute e alla sostenibilità, in linea con gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile delle Nazioni Unite.
L’evento è aperto a studenti di dottorato di diverse discipline, tra cui:
- scienze ambientali,
- sanità pubblica,
- medicina veterinaria,
- scienze sociali.
I partecipanti avranno l'opportunità di ampliare le proprie competenze in un ambiente interdisciplinare e di collaborare con esperti internazionali, espandendo il proprio network con colleghi provenienti dalle altre sette università dell’Alleanza.
La scadenza per le candidature è il 30 aprile 2025 (ore 12 pm CET).

Call for applications: participate in the first EC2U GLADE Joint Doctoral Workshop on global health and sustainability challenges
The European University Alliance EC2U - European Campus of City-Universities is happy to announce the first EC2U GLADE Joint Doctoral Workshop, which will be held from May 26th to 28th, 2025 at the University of Pavia, in the context of the GLADE - Virtual Institute for Good health & Well being.
The workshop will focus on the "One Health" approach to address global challenges related to health and sustainability, as defined by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The event is open to PhD students from diverse disciplines, including:
- environmental sciences,
- public health,
- veterinary medicine,
- social sciences.
Participants will have the opportunity to expand their expertise in an interdisciplinary environment and collaborate with international experts, expanding their network and connecting with colleagues from the other 7 universities of the Alliance.
The deadline for applications is April 30, 2025 (12 pm CET).
