Mentoring Webinar EC2U: aperta la call for mentors per la seconda edizione, candidati entro il 19 dicembre 2025
(English below) L’Alleanza europea EC2U organizza il secondo Mentoring Webinar online, in programma il 20 aprile 2026, dalle ore 15:00 alle 17:00. L’evento riunisce dottorandi e mentor da tutta Europa, per esplorare percorsi di carriera, sviluppare competenze e ottenere preziose informazioni sulle opportunità professionali al di fuori dell’università.
Siamo alla ricerca di mentor, disponibili a condividere la propria esperienza con i dottorandi. Se hai conseguito un dottorato e ora lavori nel settore privato, nella pubblica amministrazione, in agenzie internazionali o ONG, è l’occasione che fa per te!
Durante il webinar - che durerà 2 ore - i dottorandi saranno suddivisi in piccoli gruppi moderati dai mentor presenti, per favorire lo scambio e la partecipazione di tutti. Inoltre, è possibile scegliere di tenere una sessione individuale con un numero ristretto di dottorandi selezionati (da 1 a 4) in un secondo momento.

EC2U Mentoring Webinar: call for mentors open for the second edition, apply by 19 December 2025
The EC2U Alliance will organise the second online Mentoring Webinar, scheduled on 20 April 2026, from 3 to 5 PM CEST. This event brings together PhD candidates and mentors from across Europe to explore career paths, develop skills, and gain valuable insights into professional opportunities beyond the university.
We are looking for mentors willing to share their experience with doctoral candidates. If you hold a PhD and now work in the private sector, public administration, international agencies, or NGOs, this is the opportunity for you! As a mentor, you will participate in a 2-hour online Webinar, during which you’re expected to share your experience in small group meetings with mentees. In addition, you may choose to have an individual session with a handful of selected PhD students (from 1 to 4) at a later date.

Please include some intro about your background, career steps, current position, organization and possible LinkedIn page. In addition, please let us know whether you would like to provide an individual session for selected PhD students.
