CRUI Survey on Harassment and Gender Discrimination in Italian Universities
The Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), with the favourable opinion of the National Council of University Students (CNSU), is promoting a national survey on harassment and gender discrimination within Italian universities.
The initiative is addressed to the entire university student community and follows the statistical survey launched by CRUI in 2023 on measures aimed at preventing and combating abuse, harassment, and gender-based violence in Italian universities.
The survey aims to collect data that will help better understand the extent and perception of these phenomena, raise awareness, and support the development of increasingly effective and targeted prevention, training, and awareness-raising initiatives.
Available in both Italian and English, the questionnaire is completely anonymous and divided into three sections:
- general information;
- perception and personal experience of the phenomenon;
- knowledge and evaluation of support services.
Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 12-15 minutes.
The survey will be conducted simultaneously across Italian universities and will remain open until 30 June 2026.
Students are warmly encouraged to participate and contribute, through their voices and experiences, to fostering university environments that are increasingly aware, respectful, and safe.
