(English below) È in programma giovedì 28 maggio 2026, alle ore 13:00 (CET), l'Open-Day Webinar, un incontro di orientamento aperto a tutti dedicato a stage, orientamento professionale e storie di successo nel mondo del no-profit con gli ex studenti del Master in Cooperation and Development dell'Università di Pavia.
L'appuntamento, organizzato in collaborazione con il Collegio Borromeo, rappresenta un'occasione imperdibile per studenti, laureandi e giovani professionisti desiderosi di muovere i primi passi in contesti umanitari e di cooperazione transnazionale.
L'incontro offrirà una panoramica concreta sulle dinamiche di inserimento lavorativo grazie alla partecipazione di esperti delle risorse umane e alle testimonianze dirette di ex studenti che oggi ricoprono ruoli chiave in prestigiose organizzazioni globali.
Il panel dei relatori vedrà la partecipazione di:
- Valentina Barbieri – Head of HR Office presso VIS (Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo) e Career tutor;
- Elettra Erbetta – MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) Officer per The Human Safety Net;
- Lia Gasperoni – Country coordinator assistant in Ciad per ACRA;
- Kaua Santos – Project Manager in Tunisia per Helpcode - Il diritto di essere bambini.
I professionisti condivideranno i propri percorsi professionali e le loro esperienze sul campo, illustrando le competenze più richieste dal mercato e offrendo preziosi consigli pratici su come orientare le proprie candidature e attivare tirocini formativi di successo.

The Open Day Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, May 28th, 2026, at 1:00 pm (CET). This orientation meeting is open to everyone and dedicated to internships, career guidance, and success stories in the non-profit sector, featuring alumni from the Master in Cooperation and Development of the University of Pavia.
The event, organized in collaboration with Collegio Borromeo, represents an unmissable opportunity for students, graduating students, and young professionals wishing to take their first steps in humanitarian and transnational cooperation contexts.
The meeting will offer a concrete overview of job placement dynamics, thanks to the participation of human resources experts and direct testimonies from alumni who now hold key roles in prestigious global organizations.
The panel of speakers will include:
