ENTreprenEurship Research workshop for YouNG scholars

(English below) Dal 30 al 31 maggio 2024 si svolgerà a Pavia la decima edizione dell’"ENTERYNG worshop", organizzato dalla Professoressa Giovanna Magnani e dalla Professoressa Antonella Zucchella del Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali dell'Università di Pavia in collaborazione con l'Università degli Studi di Bergamo e l'Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

L'evento è organizzato con il patrocinio dell’ECSB (European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship), dell’EIASM Network (European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management), di SIMA (Società Italiana di Management) e di AiIG (Associazione italiana Ingegneria Gestionale).

L’"ENTreprenEurship Research workshop for YouNG scholars" rappresenta un'opportunità per dottorandi e giovani ricercatori di discutere le proprie ricerche raccogliendo feedback costruttivi.

Oltre a facilitare discussioni fruttuose, infatti, questo workshop  sostiene lo sviluppo di una comunità internazionale di giovani ricercatori interessati all’imprenditorialità, all’innovazione, all’international business e alle imprese familiari, mettendoli in contatto con studiosi senior.

Insieme al feedback specifico sui loro lavori, i partecipanti avranno l'opportunità di assistere a keynote di sviluppo professionale tenute da studiosi di fama internazionale, che mirano a stimolare riflessioni provocatorie sulla propria ricerca e carriera e a offrire consigli pratici su come condurre ricerche di impatto.

L’edizione di quest’anno includerà i seguenti keynote:

• Prof.ssa Arabella Mocciaro Li Destri, Università di Palermo (Italia).
• Prof. Diego Matricano, Università degli Studi della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Italia).
• Prof. Mats Alvesson, Lund University (Svezia).
• Prof.ssa Dinorá Eliete Floriani, Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (Brasile).

Quest’anno il workshop sarà caratterizzato anche da una sessione dedicata con i working paper sviluppati nell’ambito del Progetto PRIN GRIS – “Growing Resilient Italian SMEs” (2022 2022X9YPZJ) finanziato dal Ministero dell’Università e dall’Unione Europea – Next Generation EU. GRIS è un progetto di ricerca congiunto tra l'Università di Pavia, l'Università di Palermo e l'Università di Torino.

On May 30-31 the 10th edition of  "ENTERYNG workshop" will take place in Pavia, organized by Professor Giovanna Magnani and Professor Antonella Zucchella of the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia in collaboration with University of Bergamo and University of Naples Federico II.

The event is organized with the patronage of the ECSB (European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship), the EIASM Network (European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management), SIMA (Italian Society of Management) and AiIG (Italian Association of Engineering Management).

The "ENTreprenEurship Research workshop for YouNG scholars" represents an opportunity for PhD students and early-career scholars to discuss their research collecting constructive feedback from a group of scholars that gathered around the workshop over the years.

In addition to facilitating fruitful discussions, in fact, this research workshop supports the development of an international community of early-career researchers interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, international entrepreneurship and family business, connecting them with more senior scholars.

Together with specific feedback on their working papers, participants will have the opportunity to attend professional development keynotes by internationally renowned scholars, which are aimed at stimulating provocative reflections on one's own research and career and at offering practical-oriented advice on doing impactful research.

This year’s edition will include keynote speeches by:

• Professor Arabella Mocciaro Li Destri, University of Palermo (Italy).
• Professor Diego Matricano, Università degli Studi della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” (Italy).
• Professor Mats Alvesson, Lund University (Sweden).

This year the workshop will also feature a dedicated session with working papers developed within the GRIS - "Growing Resilient Italian SMEs" PRIN Project (2022 2022X9YPZJ) funded by the Italian Ministry of Education and the European Union - Next Generation EU. GRIS is a joint research project of the University of Pavia, University of Palermo and University of Turin.
