7th Pavia Summer School for Indo-European Linguistics
(English below) Dal 7 al 12 settembre 2026, presso l'Università di Pavia, si terrà la 7th Pavia Summer School for Indo-European Linguistics.

I corsi offerti quest’anno sono i seguenti:
Slavo ecclesiastico – Thomas Olander (Copenaghen).
Germanico – Ludwig Rübekeil (Zurigo).
Sanscrito – Hans Heinrich Hock (Urbana-Champaign).
Albanese – Giulio Imberciadori (Monaco).
Tipologia dell’indoeuropeo – Silvia Luraghi (Pavia).
La Summer School ospiterà anche una invited lecture di Elisabeth Rieken (Marburgo), dal titolo Hittite – a language of literature and culture.
Inoltre, Theresa Roth (HU Berlin) presenterà il PIE Collective, una rete accademica di recente fondazione che promuove l’uguaglianza di genere nella disciplina a tutti i livelli di carriera.
La partecipazione alla Summer School, inclusa la partecipazione attiva alla Poster Session, dà diritto a 3 ECTS. La quota di iscrizione sarà di 100 €. Le iscrizioni rimarranno aperte fino alla fine di giugno.

The 7th Pavia Summer School for Indo-European Linguistics will take place from September 7th to 12th, 2026 at the University of Pavia.
Registration is now open!
The courses offered this year are as follows:
- Old Church Slavic – Thomas Olander (Copenhagen).
- Germanic – Ludwig Rübekeil (Zurich).
- Sanskrit – Hans Heinrich Hock (Urbana-Champaign).
- Albanian – Giulio Imberciadori (Munich).
- The typology of Indo-European – Silvia Luraghi (Pavia).
The Summer School will also host an invited lecture by Elisabeth Rieken (Marburg), entitled Hittite – a language of literature and culture.
In addition, Theresa Roth (HU Berlin) will present the PIE Collective, a recently established academic network that promotes gender equality in the field at all career stages.
Participation in the Summer School, including active participation in the Poster Session, entitles participants to 3 ECTS credits. The registration fee is €100. Registration will remain open until the end of June.
